Customer service agents are very obnoxious.
Risk losing the place where I live if my partner finds out about all my debt, so set up a mailbox, all other creditors happily updated to the correspondence address, Banks, Credit Cards, Loans, Mobile Phones, everyone expect Ondal.
Reporting to the FCA and FOS later. Worryingly awful when you need assistance
