Very disappointed with customer service
This review gets 1 star since I cannot leave 0 which Pandora truly deserves for customer service. I bought a ring set and needed one of the rings upsized. The style was out of stock but I patiently waited. I received an email notice of the ring available in the size I needed and bought it right away. I contacted the Vaughan Mills Store where I bought the ring and was told there is no exception to the 30 day return policy. I tried to explain the situation – but the salesperson on the other end just repeated what I said – over and over again. At the end of the conversation, he said “Ya, sorry, we can’t do anything for you”. I understand it was late by 7 days! however, Pandora had a backorder since June. I’m disappointed that there was no exception, no other option – just no. I’m glad I purchased the ring online. Too bad that more and more jobs will become replaced by online sales, but atlease the service may be better.
