Disappointed, no communication
Made an order online and was looking forward to receiving my item but 5 days later had not heard anything so got in touch by online chat. I was told there was a problem with my order and they will investigate it and get back to me. 4 days later still not heard anything , got in touch again and still no one knows anything and it will be investigated. I’m still waiting to find out what has happened to my order 5 days later. This is disgusting, no communication from Pandora, still don’t know what is happening to my order. Very disappointed, won’t b ordering from them again.
