I wanted to take the time to leave some feedback for the team at Pattisons Low Fell – Gateshead. In particular Megan and Joe.
The team in general were fantastic but Megan and Joe really shone during my time in dealing with Pattisons as a first time buyer.
As a first time buyer I was extremely anxious about the process. Megan and Joe were absolute stars through the entire thing. Answers were prompt, professional but both also had the Northern charm of compassion and understanding which really sets them apart from estate agents in a very large buisness.
Megan and Joe are absolute assets to Pattisons, its values and what it stands for in terms of providing excellent, personable and professional customer care and service.
I sincerely hope they both receive adequate praise and reward for their hard work and efforts. I wish them both the very best for their futures and careers, it’s going to be a bright one for them!
