I have tried to get bank statements for Amazon many times. But I keep getting errors. I tried from phone, other computers and other internet, same result! Customer service is constantly sending me an automatic mail with instructions on where to get a document. I can’t reach anyone to help! I can’t attaching the error photos on here but this is the error when i tried the download;

There is no problem with my internet or my devices. I tried it on many different devices and internet connections, same result.
