Peace of mind
We completed a pre authorisation form initially, as we were concerned about the cost of treatment. The form was straight forward to complete, our vet completed the remainder of the form, and forwarded it to Petplan for us.
The claim was authorised promptly, without any problems.
Following surgery, the vet forwarded the claim to Petplan, and payment was made promptly, again with no problems.
The whole process was hassle free, and it gave us peace of mind to concentrate on the wellbeing of our pet, without fear of costs.
