AVOID THIS COMPANY.
well lets start at the begginning , i ordered a canon battery for my camera on wednesday 2nd august and it was delivered on friday 4th august, brilliant i thought fantastic service, so i ordered another battery on saturday 5th august which was dispatched on monday 7th august , guess what , it still has not been delivered, it is stuck in UPS on a import scan loop and has not even cleared through customs as of todays date of saturday 19th august, luckily i paid through paypal and have opened a case against photospecialist so i will get my money back, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT, i have bought another battery from a uk company and it will be delivered today, it cost a bit more but so worth it as to get rid of the stress of dealing with this company and Useless Parcel Service, PLEASE AVOID THEY ARE A BUNCH OF I****S
