Told me my order was out of stock four days after ordering it, offered me an INVALID discount code as an “apology”
Ordered a pair of trainers from Reebok EU on 4 September and was informed they were getting ready for dispatch.
Today (8 Sept) I received an email informing me my order was out of stock and would not be delivered, and that I would receive a refund in 14 days.
By way of “apology”, they sent me a 20% voucher. Not only is the voucher lower in value than the discount I used to purchase the order originally, but IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK.
I immediately informed Reebok of this, but they have now gone silent. Go figure.
I have read complaints of Reebok issuing fake discount codes in other reviews so this seems to be a means of them giving the pretence of “making things right” when they are actually just giving their customers the middle finger. Appalling, shambolic service from a supposed major global brand.
