This bank is disappointing
This message is to NY who is a Customer Experience Specialist at Relay. If your customer service was working properly when I called your 833 numbers, I would not have to write this review to get my dispute addressed.
This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. There should be someone who answers the phone when your customers need assistance.
To potential customers: I am attempting to file a dispute. Their customer service is pretty much non existent. I began a dispute on this website and it told me to call an 833 number to file a dispute, after I called this automated system it hung up on me. I called again and chose a different option to file the dispute and it gave me another number that told me that no one is available at this line despite it being during normal business hours. I can’t bank like this. I need my dispute resolved and I plan to search for another bank.
I gave you guys a second chance and you still didn’t come through for me and my business. This is very disappointing.
