Debt Consolidation Experience
I enrolled in the debt consolidation service on 8/24/18. I had several bank debts that required attention. I paid my monthly fee like clockwork for over 4 years, missing only one payment. I graduated (completed) the program on January 6, 2023. To that, I asked for the “final satisfaction letters” from the banks in order to notify the credit bureaus of my financial status. I received all but one. I have made countless calls to Rockwell asking for that final aforementioned satisfaction letter without success. It is inconceivable after satisfying my commitment to Rockwell, that I cannot receive that final letter. I will continue my effort by hiring an attorney to move forward. I would first suggest that you try another service. If you are already enrolled, keep a close eye on their settlements.
