I had the sewer line replaced from house to sidewalk Jan 24 2022. They charged me $13,500, which didn’t include replacing the sidewalk. I had asked if the $13 500 would include the total for the job(including the concrete, I thought that this was part of the finished work, it was not included) It took about 2 weeks for RR and the inspector to approve. Today May 28 2022 in passing I saw Roto Rooter doing a concrete job for a business behind the Shoprite in Lawnside NJ. Did I use the wrong Roto Rooter, or did they get over on me, maybe they don’t treat homeowners the same as business. Next time I will call Len the plumber or Horizon
