Great Pet Sitting Experience
We experienced a sudden death in our family, and had to leave town on short notice without anyone to watch our two dogs.
I signed up for a Rover account, which was quick and easy. Then, I was presented with a wide variety of available pet sitters. I browsed through the list and found one who looked like a potentially good match.
Using the Rover app, I scheduled a “Meet and Greet.” The sitter came to our home, met us and our dogs, and asked a lot of good questions. We were positively impressed and booked him on the spot.
The sitter turned out to be great with our dogs! After we got home from the trip, we found two happy dogs and a house that looked exactly like it should.
Rover made the whole process smooth, seamless, and efficient. Communication from both Rover and the sitter were consistent and timely.
We’re grateful we used Rover, and are happy we now have a reliable way to ensure our pets are well cared-for when we need to be away again in the future.
