Thank you for your feedback. The project you refer to was impacted by a series of complex and unprecedented effects primarily caused throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Whilst the developer entered in to administration as a result of this, RWinvest intervened and worked alongside the development funder and administrator to ensure that the project its self could move forward to completion.
We are pleased to see that completion notices have been issued this week and the apartments are completed and ready for handover, and furthermore there are already tenants secured to occupy some of the properties within the development upon handover.
