Fuming is a understatement!
I used a Santander atm to withdraw £100 and the atm didn’t give me my money although it was withdrawn from my account!!!
Spoke to staff from the branch and they were awful, really didn’t care at all. I had a crying child with me and loss of £100 and needed to buy food shopping and the arrogant worker didn’t care less.
4 days later and numerous phone calls Santander are still not willing to help, putting all the responsibility over to my bank, although it was their atm that stole my money. I am not absolutely broke and don’t know when I will receive my MONEY!!
Really don’t know how banks can get away with this.
