I ordered a Work Sharp Pro Knife…
I ordered a Work Sharp Pro Knife Sharpener and had an issue with the order when it arrived. I contacted Customer Service and talked to Abby in Fargo, and explained the problem and what I thought would be a good solution. She got right back to me with a different, yet very acceptable, solution.
I want to commend her for having such a cheerful nature, for her good listening skills, her efficiency, and expediency.
The world needs more Abbys!
