Imagine my frustration returning to work from vacation to tons of emails from families stating that they have yet to receive their shipment and the school semester starts in less than a week!!! I quickly made the call and was put onto Matthew Scherer. He was very kind, Patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all of our families were sorted before ending the call!!
