Extremely knowedgable and responsive service
I’ve been with Poundhost for years, and although I have accounts with various other providers out there (Rackspace, Liquidweb, Digital Ocean, GeekStorage and others), Poundhost is definitely the most responsive and the most knowledgable company.
Server problem at 9pm? I get a response as fast as they can type their response to me.
General network issues? Frequent updates, they are still able to answer the phone, and you’re never left in the dark.
You know where you are with these guys.
Also, great prices, rock solid and high performing servers, especially the SSD versions.
