I’ve ordered their bodysuit to be a part of my birthday outfit. And you know what? I received boxers. I’ve send them a message, and they issued a refund. Now I need to change the whole dress code of my party, and I don’t know what can I do with my outfit now. After my complain, the support said “sorry” and asked, if there is anything else they can help me with to finish the conversation.
And, as the support service told me, now I can “join the waitlist” for the item I ordered. @skims delivery service and support service are a complete DISASTER. So disappointed
