Where do I start on this sorry tale thats dragged on and on some thing so simple yet the clowns at Sky cannt get right.
A sky q order has been accepted and the enginner comes to do the instalation but will not fit it, because there is no broadband at the property YES WE KNOW THERE ISNT ANY ALL WE WANT IS TO WATCH SATERLITE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have spoken to countless advisers over 10 hrs now and what I have got resolved NOTHING
not one clown can help many promises of a call back NOT ONE has rung back.
in the 10 hrs I have not includuded the joke call center in India, talk about rude.
Well Sky are you going to sort this sorry tale out its been going on for nearly two months !!!!
