Poor customer after care
Had a item which arrived damp and mouldy, it really irritated my nostrils and throat as well as my partner’s.
I contacted them via email, they took forever to response, I then tried the chat. On the chat despite explaining the situation, the generic response was that they insisted that I pay to return the items, and if they deem it to have a problem or fault, then would refund my shipping as long as I had kept my receipt!
While they policy is now pay to ship and to pay to return, in such cases sports direct should provide a free return label ! Poor customer after care and hard to get hold of them!
