I bought two pairs of shoe from sense
I bought two pairs of shoes from sense. One pair that they sent was not the size that i ordered.
I doublechecked the receipt to make sure that I hadn’t made a mistake, and I hadn’t. They just sent me the wrong size shoes.
So I followed up with them and asked if they could send me the size that I ordered. That was 2 weeks ago.
Eventually they sent me an email saying “Due to an exceptionally high volume of inquiries, we missed your earlier message”, and then they just closed the inquiry without ever responding.
That’s pretty terrible customer service, so I looked around to see if anyone else had the same experience as me. Check their better business bureau rating… It’s an F !
I will not be ordering from SSense again and I encourage you to avoid them as well. Since they didn’t even respond to my message about how they screwed up my order, I’m going to make a youtube video about their business, my experience, and their way of handling customer service.
I’m sure they don’t care, but I do have 4 million subscribers so I’m going full scorched earth. Think you can steal my money and get away with it scot-free? Think again.
