Awful, I made a genuine mistake when entering my billing and shipping addresses. The postcodes didn’t change when they automatically filled in, resulting in a non existent address. Stupid, yes but it could happen to anyone. Because the postcode was wrong I couldn’t check the full tracking status on evri but I could see it was delayed. I sent two emails with the right address, put the right address on my account and sent a message on the chatbot, all I got back were generic responses. EVRI now says it’s delivered – but to where?? I sure as hell don’t have it. No one at Stylevana can answer me. They cannot keep track of orders or help you, who knows if they’ll bother to give me refund, AVOID.
