A joke. I did get my prescription submitted within a couple hours, and on a Saturday evening no less, so I guess there’s that…but the prescription was for an incomplete course of antibiotics (5 days instead of 7) at the wrong dosage frequency (3 times a day instead of 4). Other telemed services have a number you can call should there be any issue with the prescription. These guys…well, they have a number, but it’ll either say they’re closed during their posted support hours, or that they’re assisting other patients and to text them, then they won’t reply. And they won’t reply to your emails, and if you try their chat feature, when the chatbot claims to pass you off to an “agent”…that “agent” is another bot named John who stops responding after a message or 2. These guys just want your money and could care less about doing their job correctly. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
