Member issued parking ticket
Been a member of this gym since it first opened as I was a member of the fitness first prior to it changing hands.
Visiting this place since 2017 and using the parking facilities I have never been issued a parking ticket.
Recently after visiting the gym, due to a long queue and me rushing out for my run after the weight’s session, I forgot to key in the reg number and ended up getting a 60 pound parking penalty.
Customer service were not willing to help and would rather lose me as a customer, I did not feel welcomed or supported at all by this establishment.
Advice: do not forget to key in yout reg number if you use the gym facility no that gymgroup will not support you.
