Setting the standard for Customer Service
Rob came recommended by a friend who had said he was brilliant in finding them a mortgage to suit them. They emphasised that he really listened to them and went out of his way to explain anything they didn’t understand.
I found Rob to do exactly the same with us. We had similar employment situation to our friend – one person part time and the other full time. Rob’s emails were very clear from the start, explaining to us what he needed from us in order to find us the best deal. He was always keeping us updated, or telling us when he would next be in touch.
He lets you know the cheapest monthly deal, but then also the best deal overall.. the one that works out better in the long term. He has also promised to get back in touch near the end of the fixed term rate to see what the next best deal is for us. This I found amazing, it really feels like he wants to do his best for you and your circumstances.
Rob is worth every penny we paid. A lot of people would search for mortgages and fill in applications themselves, but with both of us working and having other commitments, it was wonderful to have someone you could really trust to look after this for us.
Any customer service I ever have now will be compared to Rob’s. He has set a very high standard. I can’t fault anything and now we have an accepted application and we are edging closer to purchasing our first home together.
