Hot Picks does not pay out on the following which is advertised on the national lottery platform for everyone to see;
Pick and match 1 main number
£10
Pick and match 2 main numbers
£100
Pick and match 3 main numbers
£1,500
Pick and match 4 main numbers
£30,000
Pick and match 5 main numbers
£1,000,000
I have matched 1 main number almost everytime I have played this game in the past 2 weeks and not once have they paid out.
I then get an email from them stating that I need all 5 to win.
Wrong, because the above shows what you need to win £10, £100, etc, etc.
So the Hotpicks from National Lottery is seemingly false advertising and this needs to be brought to the attention of the ombudsman at the very least, as false advertising.
