used a courier and provided tracking, courier said it was in shed but don’t have shed?,
spoke to company they asked for lost receipt, courier said they don’t provide these and the seller knows this.. (get out of jail card I fear)
sent the email of courier to seller to show this was not delivered and to re-send or refund.. company now radio silent and ignoring emails..
out of pocket £100 for a light that never arrived.. other reviews have similar stories I wish I had have read them before ordering.. just a complete rip off
