Really nice that they send you email updates, details and reminders about the event, all the while not being too pushy.
Getting into the concert was easy, too: the brightness is automatically turned up so the barcode is easy to scan when entering the venue. Very helpful for someone who keeps their brightness down, but also very useful for the staff! Made it very quick to enter the venue.
I also had the option to buy insurance for the tickets for any unforeseen causes, so there is that for a safety precaution!
Then, had an awesome time at the gig!!!
