Thanks for taking my call on Sunday afternoon.
The result of our conversation was that we have identified the use of ipads as the problem – ipads show the data entry fields in a washed out colour and so the fields are very poorly identified.
I have told our web designers to immediately make improvements to the web page and to also change the wording of “use no spaces” in the user name field. This was confusing due to the colour issue.
I am sorry that you had a problem but am happy that the booking had gone through. Your comments are highly appreciated and help us to improve our service.
