Incompetence
They sent a phone with a previously active phone number.
There were voicemails and email and messages for some woman.
I contacted customer service about the issues and was told that they would send a new Sim card and even gave me the number that’d programmed with.
After waiting almost 2 weeks, without receiving the card, I called customer service and after being on hold for over 40 minutes I was told that I’d have to reapply.
They had all of my information on file that I confirmed with Rep and supervisor.
So needless to say the service as a whole is, in my opinion, incompetent and a scam.
