How can you deal with this bank?The telephone option list does not cover all of their accounts, not least the older ones where monies are still held, as well as interruptions in the recording so you cannot hear what is said. Then to speak to an advisor, there is no response, still, it’s given me able to time to write this review. For god sake banks, all banks, you are closing down so many branches, can’t you at least place additional resource on your phone lines, rather than paying yourselves millions?Clearly a sector that thinks it’s more important than its clients, but one day, maybe with AI, banks can be replaced. More ideally, society can be really transformed with the removal of credit/loans to free the population, so all we require is blockchain deposits. Bit of ‘Blue Sky’ thinking there. We’re welcome.
