Don’t order from uber,
You WONT get your food!
Not customer service available to contact and the automated app response will tell you the driver try to contact you so NO refund!
The problem is the drivers can’t speak English and they won’t call you and obviously are not able to follow directions. I was texting forward and back with this person, giving very clear directions and he did not find my address, then he sent me a picture of the wrong building and cut the chat!
I’m so mad, as I also added a tip when I paid for the food.
Goodbye uber, never again!
