The most shockingly bad customer service on the planet, on the plus side they do excel at this!
UPS badly damaged the box in transit (Items missing with no hope of ever being seen again, I’m half expecting missing items to send postcard from the Seychelles), issued customs clearance charges that were at least 200% more than they should have been, have customer services staff who appear to be employed for their inability to speak English, and to put the cherries on the cake have just issued me with a “pay immediately” invoice for something I’ve already paid.
They’re baffling bad…it feels like there’s a deliberate company mission to be the worst at everything they do.
I will never use UPS again!
