Update:
Initially, I had to wait a while for my withdrawals but the broker contacted me and confirmed that they had a problem with the payment processor but the issue has been rectified and they honored all requested withdrawals, all sorted!
I was creating a withdrawal request with Vlado on 02 May 2023 and ever since the broker did not answer any of my requests. I was trying to contact them nearly every day but had no reply. They didn`t even give me my deposit back and so far they didn`t accept any withdrawals for nearly 1 month
