Awful! 1.5years into a 2yr deal, been rubbish since the beginning, should’nt have missed the 14day cool off opportunity! Cannot wait until Feb ’24, will never touch anything Vodafone related again! Constantly drops out, cannot watch programmes streaming unless you want to double+ the viewing time. Working from home becomes so sporadic & unreliable. Unfortunate thing is the multi-national/£bn company i work for uses it also & the same experience there lol! DO NOT USE!!
I use the test broadband, ends with chat to us, doesn’t go through. Chatbot…joke! Bored of trying, shall suffer the 6 months, then never again with these.
