Dear TIm,

We would firstly like to apologise that you door has failed our quality checks on more than one occasion, and is not normal for any door to experience this level for requirement for rework, but is critical that we get your door right, and deliver a great product for you.

From our records, we can see that that there were several occasions where correspondence was sent to you or telephone calls made confirming the status of your order, with the last being a telephone call to you on the 28th of June to inform you of the issue with your door frame which is due to completed in the next few days.

As regards your fitter, we were simply keeping you up to date with who would be coming to install your door, and with our fitter Wayne who will be you installer, you are in very good hands.
