I have to say, I appreciate you turning this right around.
I thought I used my company email but it was personal.
Could you to update your contact number as I would of had this sorted last week without the need for a bad review.
Thanks for tracking it down, even after hours.
When I made the payment the screen went blank and wouldnt load the ‘payment complete’ page.
I didn’t think the postage was going to take so long, perhaps I never noticed the estimated delivery date.
Anyway, I just received the invoice to the email I used, so thank you, you have provided great customer service for me.
