My interest to study masters is completely my own decision, in that journey of completion there were many things that required my interest and certain support from the external source, the financial matter which is something that is really important. Then I started to look out for options but it was not all my centric but the providers centric, then I got to know the person named MONISHA GOWDA who changed the complete scenario who took me through all the best options that I have. Everything would be too clear with her, it can be documents or the talkings that you do, every single thing. She took my case as kind of her own one, putting dates for herself on my case closure, not like someone where I should’ve been dependent on but she had seen this as her responsibility.
I’ve never seen this kind of customer centric approach, where the rest all work and play on customer necessity.
Getting my educational loan is my necessity, but getting that with the feasible interest rate is completely Monisha’s credit I’d say. I’m so much thankful for her.
