Best Delivery of my Humble Life
I have had some harrowing delivery experiences, I do not say this lightly. The constant stress of undelivered parcels where companies claim they have been delivered, trudging off to depots, missed parcel cards being put through my letterbox with no tracking number rendering me trapped in the post office forever etc etc. I cannot believe how this company; Yodel has made it so seamless for their customers. Their app gives you a rough 2 hour window of when your parcel will be delivered, there is an option to contact the driver should you need to pop out, you can change the delivery date if needed, the driver turned up with a beaming smile. Sterling example of a delivery company, if only their competitors took this much care. Perish the thought.
