I have just received the letter from netomnia about yourfibre.
There it shows the trustpilot rating for the company as excellent, so I decided to have a look…
This, in my opinion is misleading, as there are currently 7 reviews including this one and prior to writing this, the rating shows as Great, not Excellent.
I am considering getting ultra fast fibre but not sure I can trust this company. A very disappointing start.
Good job I checked the reviews first. I will visit again in a few months to see the if there will be sufficient reviews in order to make a wise decision on subscribing or not.
