Zopa in review. A loan since Tuesday 7pm
Applied for a loan on Tuesday 7pm. However the website kept crashing several times. Managed to complete loan application and upload the required documents.
Was not confident if zopa received the loan application due to the website issues so tried live chat first then called in. Unfortunately the customer service is over seas and they’re not very knowledgeable.
I will try to make contact with the review department on Monday to see if they can sort this issue out.
They state 2-5 working days. But it doesn’t seem very convincing from the contact I’ve had with zopa so far.
Can someone from UK contact me in regards to my loan.
